CLIENT COMMUNICATION

Let’s be honest, communicating in an effective and professional manner with clients is not the most easiest or natural thing. Thankfully this course covers client communication in depth to ensure that you are able to confidently communicate with your clients about whatever topic or concern that they have. Jess has background and ample experience in customer service coming from a commercial franchise. Leave the guess work out of it, and come to class leaving with a new found way of communication.

    Private Training
    $2,222

    This class size is 1:1, meaning it is just you and Jess in the class.

    Group Training

    $1,111

    This class size is 2:1 meaning it is you, Jess, and 1 more student in the class.

  • If you are unable to provide your own model, one will be provided for you. Please notify Jess upon enrollment if you are needing a model to ensure we have time to coordinate one for you.
